Alexandre is founding partner and has advised on some of the most important infrastructure and construction projects in Brazil. Examples include projects for the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games such as the Olympic Stadium and the Rio de Janeiro Convention Centre. He has also advised on a range of other projects including airports, oil refineries, power plants, subways, railroads, and ports.

Alexandre has acted in the Supreme Federal Court and Superior Court of Justice and regularly represents his clients in the Federal Courts. His areas of expertise include the legal management of infrastructure contracts, construction claims and disputes, bidding processes, PPPs and concession arrangements.

Alexandre is a founding member of the Brazil Infrastructure Institute and the Brazilian Institute of Law and Control of the Public Administration (IBDCAP).
