Born in Düsseldorf in 1952, married, 4 children. First states examination in Cologne, second states examination and PhD in Berlin. A certified Attorney-at-Law since 1982. Independent in Mannheim with a specialisation in Building and Architects Law since 1988. Long-term experience in legal consultation and process activity. Attorney Dr. Schulze-Hagen has taken part in more than 60 arbitrations as a co-judge or chairperson, most dealing with complex building and general plant construction matters.

In addition, he is a founder and publisher of the magazine „IBR Immobilien- & Baurecht“ (IBR Real Estate & Building Law) as well as being the initiator and responsible chief editor of the internet service ”ibr-online“. Has conducted and written numerous lectures, seminars and publications in the fields of Building Law, Real Estate Law and legal distributions. He is a member of the executive committee of the German society Deutschen Baugerichtstags e.V. and a member of numerous associations.

Authorized to represent in all district courts and higher regional courts in Germany.
