Louis Thibierge is a Professeur agrégé at the University of Aix-Marseille, and a lawyer at the Paris Bar.

He holds a Ph.D from the University Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, where he authored a thesis named “Le contrat face à l’imprévu” (Contract and unforeseen events).

Professor Thibierge specializes in Contract law and covers a wide scope of matters related to business law (contracts, torts, securities, partnerships…) and arbitration.

He is the author of a large number of publications.
