Stanislav Duryagin

In-house legal adviser with substantial experience at leading exploration and production companies (oil and gas, mining, fertilizers); previously focused mainly on corporate, M&A, exlporation and production contracts, JV, antitrust. Early 2011 joined LUKOIL Overseas (Operator of LUKOIL’s international upstream projects) legal team, which functions are now transferred to LUKOIL Engineering, and spread professional focus into advising on various legal matters, such as construction, and contracts generally, exploration, business development, joint ventures and others; early 2017 joined SIBUR (major Russian petrochemical holding) in the role of construction lawyer in developing new production facilities; hold postgraduate diploma in corporate and commercial law from the University of London International Programmes.

Responsibilities: contracts (construction, engineering, drilling and oilfield services, supply, carriage and international sales), international upstream, joint ventures (host government agreements and JOAs), corporate, M&A and governance.
